[Massplanners] Grants Administrator

[Wayne Feiden]

Northampton is hiring a grants administrator, primarily to support our CDBG
grant (we are about the smallest CDBG-entitlement in the country) and some
other smaller mission-related grants.

The attached job description focuses on the technical aspects, but the
context is exciting and the position is a critical part of our eight-person
Planning & Sustainability team.
