[Massplanners] Residential Site Plan Review

Hello everyone

Just a quick question for everyone.  Does your municipality have either Site Plan Approval or Special Permit for Single Family Residential? Obviously you could just email me a simple "yes" or "no" as a response but if you want to cite sections of your code or provide other info, please do.
