[Massplanners] Housing Production Plans

Medfield is updating its 2016 HPP now:


   1. How much your plan cost. ~18,000 for HPP Update and AHT Action Plan
   2. How long the process took. ~ 6 months
   3. Who developed the plan (consultant, town, or hybrid)? Consultant
   working with AHT & PB
   4. If consultant, who did you use? JM Goldson
   5. Were you satisfied with the work of the consultant? So far, so good!
   6. How much public outreach you included. If over COVID, did Zoom work
   well? We've exclusively had zoom mtgs with one hybrid BoS mtg (BoS met
   in person, consultant presented in person but PB & AHT were on zoom).
   Consultant integrated a poll-type system to collect verbatems during the
   zoom kick-off meeting.
