[Massplanners] ATTN: Cape and Islands Planners: Your Schedule of Fees, Please?

One of the last outstanding projects on my "to do" list:  I'm looking to
assess our existing schedule of fees, and see how we compare with other
towns on the Vineyard, and elsewhere on the Cape.

I've slapped together a "Google Form" <https://forms.gle/KDqMKsKb2NMHHVs66> to
collect the data.  If you have a few minutes, and care to fill it out, it'd
be appreciated.  The results will be available for review by all.
