[Massplanners] Medical Overlay Districts

Hello everyone,


Hope everyone is enjoying the holiday season thus far. I was wondering if anyone has any examples of recently adopted medical overlay districts? We have a for-profit hospital located in a zone that does not allow medical uses at all that is looking to expand in the future, and we are in the process of creating a medical overlay district to allow expansion.
