[Massplanners] IZ bylaws with "attainable" (not SHI-eligble) housing requirements

Good morning!

Anybody have an IZ bylaw that includes units over 80% AMI -- and if so, *have
you permitted any projects under the bylaw*? I'm hoping to look at a
regulatory agreement for a project that includes both *SHI-eligible Local
Action Units* *and* units restricted for higher income levels.
