The Community One-Stop for Growth deadline is fast approaching- June 4,2025!

Attention all Communities Working to Create a Better Downtown-

Do any of the following apply to an activity that your community would like to implement in your downtown/town center?

  *
District management feasibility study for the center
  *
Pedestrian Walkability Study
  *
Revise the signage code
  *
Municipally owned property reuse study
  *
Design guidelines
  *
Improve wayfinding to historic/cultural sites and parking in the center
  *
Create a placemaking plan
  *
Parking management plan

These are just a few ideas!
The MA Downtown Initiative Program provides technical assistance through consultant services for all areas related to creating a sustainable downtown or town center. The program provides the consultant services so no RFP process. The MA Downtown Initiative is part of the Community One- Stop Application  It is a very simple project completion part of the application.
