[Massplanners] RFP - Facilitation Opportunity

Stoneham Community Action (Stoneham CAN<https://www.stonehamcan.org/>), formerly the Stoneham CDC, has issued the attached RFP for Stoneham Transportation Advisory Committee (STAC) facilitation services. Their previous facilitator is a UEPP alumna from Tufts and this is a great group to facilitate collaboration and action.
