The Municipal Law Unit's webpage and decision lookup can be accessed here:  www.mass.gov/ago/munilaw<http://www.mass.gov/ago/munilaw>

>From that link you will see the "Municipal Law Unit Decision Lookup" where you can search MLU's decisions.  The decision lookup can be searched by Town, date, Case #, and key words. There is also a "topic" drop down menu that has a list of common by-law "topics" and ADUs is listed there. Our decisions are updated almost in real time so you can access the most current decisions.

EOHLC has just published an updated FAQ on www.mass.gov/adu<http://www.mass.gov/adu> that covers questions we have received frequently over the course of the past few months. We have also updated www.mass.gov/adu<http://www.mass.gov/adu> to include other resources including the Attorney General's Office Municipal Law Unit decision lookup tool (ADU related decisions have recently been issued), as well as an update on guidance from other agencies related to Protected Use ADUs.
