[Massplanners] New Protected Use ADU FAQ

Hello MassPlanners,

EOHLC has just published an updated FAQ on www.mass.gov/adu<http://www.mass.gov/adu> that covers questions we have received frequently over the course of the past few months. You can find the FAQ directly at Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) - FAQs | Mass.gov<https://www.mass.gov/info-details/accessory-dwelling-unit-adu-faqs>.

We have also updated www.mass.gov/adu<http://www.mass.gov/adu> to include other resources including the Attorney General's Office Municipal Law Unit decision lookup tool (ADU related decisions have recently been issued), as well as an update on guidance from other agencies related to Protected Use ADUs.
