[Massplanners] ISO: Right of First Refusal to Purchase Property RFP

Hi MassPlanners-

The Town of Brookline is exercising its Right of First Refusal to Purchase the Property for a 10 bedroom income-restricted Single-Room Occupancy building. The Right of First Refusal was placed on the property when the Town invested CDBG funds in the building 15 years ago. The Town can assign its Right of First Refusal to a 501(c)(3) organization. Even though the Town does not own the building, it would like to issue a Request for Proposals to find a 501(c)(3) organization to purchase the property.

We are looking for any RFP examples from other municipalities exercising its Right of First Refusal to Purchase a Property. Does anyone have an RFP they could share?
