Hi all,



I am looking at putting together an inclusionary Zoning/LAU Checklist/Guide here in town but hoping to not reinvent the wheel. I have pulled existing info from MHP and the basic state docs, but I was curious if anyone out there had anything they’re put together for smaller developers who haven’t done a development with IZ/LAUs before. We always refer them to a consultant, however I’d like something to help them understand the process that they can readily access online.
