Hi John,
We deployed the application forms for ANR and definitive subdivisions using
the OpenGov system in March of 2024. We had another system that was not as
structured. You can create a free account and see how the system works.

Getting there is a bit nested but applicants who apply frequently know the
direct link. If you have any improvement suggestions, let me know.

I will just show you the nested flow for now:
1. Go to northamptonma.gov/permit. It has some FAQs.
2. Click the "Apply for a permit" link on the left of the page to go to the
permit application guide.
3. Click the big blue poster on the top to go to the OpenGov system.
4. Choose "Planning & Sustainability".
5. Click the blue Select button next to the application you want. ANR is in
its own section. The Definitive Subdivision application is under "Planning
and Zoning Boards and Central Business Architecture Committee". When you go
through the application flow (you will need to create an account), there is
a page where you need to select the permit types. It will be there.
