[Massplanners] Grant Programs for Workforce Housing

Hi MassPlanners,

Without knowing the specifics of a project it is hard to say yes or no with definitive certainty. However, the Community One Stop for Growth<https://www.mass.gov/guides/community-one-stop-for-growth> has several grant programs that can support the creation of housing, including workforce housing, through various stages such as planning, site prep, building (limited compared to larger housing construction focused programs), and infrastructure. The One Stop team will soon be sharing more info here with all of you so keep an eye out for that including the next Expression of Interest phase where you can see if a project might or might not be a good fit in the One Stop.

I'm also interested to know more about financing programs for workforce housing and the regulations that go along with them, beyond the Mass Housing Finance Agency.
