<a href="https://www.mass.gov/guides/community-one-stop-for-growth">Community One Stop for Growth</a> has several grant programs that
<b><i><u>can support</u></i></b> the creation of housing, including workforce housing, through various stages such as planning, site prep, building (limited compared to larger housing construction focused programs), and infrastructure. The One Stop team will
soon be sharing more info here with all of you so keep an eye out for that including the next Expression of Interest phase where you can see if a project might or might not be a good fit in the One Stop.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
