[Massplanners] SHI Unit Annual Letters

Hi all,

I am curious if any municipalities actually send out the annual letters to ownership units. If so, do you have a template you could share? As our town was without a planner for years, I believe they may have fallen off and as we've had foreclosures recently I'm hoping to start to address this proactively.
