[Massplanners] Please send other alternative platform suggestions

Hi,
Thank you for your feedbacks. Multiple people suggested Groups.io and one
person suggested the CT listserv platform. There is a document I am
drafting that lists different platforms with pros and cons based on
testing. I added the two to the document.
