[Massplanners] Change Analysis

Hi all

I was speaking to MAPC yesterday about a potential project and one of the potential factors that we discussed is a “susceptibility to change” analysis. I was interested in following up on that to learn more and so far have found nothing. Today I recalled a keynote session at (I believe) a past SNEAPA where the speaker (from Minnesota?) talked about something like this related to land versus building value.

Does anyone recall that keynote and possibly the name of the practitioner?
