I just created a separate email that I used just for that when I was in the Ocean State.

Hello Everyone,
Regarding the Google Groups option, one has to create a Google account in order to access Google Groups. Any valid email address is acceptable to create the account.

What is unknown is if state agencies, municipalities and businesses allow employees to create Google accounts using their official email addresses. Anyone had any experience with this?
