[Massplanners] MA DEP Guidance on ADUs

Good morning fellow planners,

My Health Director sent me a copy of DEPs guidance on ADUs as it relates to Title V, which were issued on Monday, April 7th.

Basically, all ADUs are considered new construction, which can have major impacts on whether a property owner can upgrade an existing on-site sewage disposal system or has to install a brand new system.
