[Massplanners] Public/Private Partnership with USPS?

Hi All!

I'm wondering if you have come across any examples of the Post Office
working with private development to redevelop a USPS-owned site (with
involvement from the municipality)?

I'm particularly interested to know if there are examples of this where the
site has been repurposed for a civic or entertainment use of some sort
(like a recreation/community center, theater, teen center, etc.) but of
course any example is welcome!
