[Massplanners] Looking for examples of low-impact/low-density overlay districts

Good Morning:

I am looking for examples of MA communities with Low-Impact/Low-Density Overlay Districts including the following:

*       Impervious Surface Overlay District

*       Low-Impact Development Overlay Districts

*       Conservation Development Overlay District

*       Agriculture or Forestry Overlay District
Does your community have any of these districts in your zoning or other regulations?  How do you administer them?
