Dear fellow planners:

The Montague Planning Department is interested to create an e-newsletter for community members who wish to sign-up to receive emails about Planning Department news, updates, upcoming events, and more.

I am hoping to find a platform that is either free or low budget that provides a design/layout template. Does anyone have recommendations to provide?

Any guidance would be much appreciated!
