[Massplanners] Dead-end streets

Hello MassPlanners,
    The Planning Board here in Danvers is contemplating the banning of
cul-de-sacs. We are trying to determine how many communities in
Massachusetts have banned them and what their experience has been since the
ban.

 If you have a moment, please email me if your community has banned them,
when that occurred, and any observations since the ban. Thanks everyone!
