[Massplanners] "Small" Assisted-Living Developments - 16 Unit

Hi All -
Please share any bylaws, successes, and/or recommendations on how best to support the development of a less-than-20-bed senior living facility. It was described to me as an Independent Living Facility licensed by the MA Department of Health. There appears to be a significant need for this type of residential use; we are hoping to learn how your community addresses this. The current proposal is to refurbish a large SF home (a former boarding house).
