[Massplanners] Postcards for Public Hearing Notices

Hi Planners - do any municipalities out there use postcards, rather than mailed letters, to notify abutters of Public Hearings?

I assume it is permissible under MGL.

I'm looking for ways to reduce our admin and mailing costs (and keep permit fees reasonable).

Thank you,
Chris
