[Massplanners] Joint ED/Zoning Studies - Parcels Split by Municipal Boundaries

Good afternoon planners,

I asked a similar question a month or so ago and received some helpful responses, but wanted to ask again to re-frame and see if there are any studies out there I may be missing.

Have any municipalities completed an economic development and/or zoning study in collaboration with a neighbor focused on parcels (or an area of commercial activity) split by a municipal boundary?

Any leads you have would be much appreciated.
