[Massplanners] Open Space Zoning

We worked on something like this in Wellesley. It's an Open Space zone with subdistricts for specific open space uses, ranging from active recreation to preservation/conservation land.

Hi all

This isn't about what a first glance at the Subject Line might suggest. The Belmont Planning Board is considering development of a new zoning category for Open Space. This isn't OSRD but simply a special district typology for protected open space, and maybe some passive recreational uses.

If your community has such a district or if you know a city or town that has something like this, I'd love to hear about it and see the text of the zoning.
