[Massplanners] Highest/best use studies of municipal facilities

Hi Planners,

Longmeadow is developing an RFP for a study of three underused municipal
facilities that will assess the needs for general maintenance of the
facilities, capital improvement items, and code upgrades. The project will
also analyze the current use of the three municipal buildings and recommend
options for highest best use of the buildings/parcels.

Have any of your communities recently conducted a study of municipal/school
facilities similar to this? If so, could you share the RFP and any lessons
you learned through the project? I am also interested in any specific RFPs
or completed projects that involved converting municipal/school sites into
housing.
