[Massplanners] Rowhouses/Townhouses

Good Afternoon Planners:

The City of Greenfield is considering amending its Zoning Ordinance to
allow rowhouse/townhouse development which is currently not allowed.  Does
any community out there have a good example of the regulation of
rowhouses/townhouses that you would be willing to share?  Thank you in
advance for any information you can provide.
