[Massplanners] Used Car Sales

For many years, Wilbraham has only allowed used car sales as an accessory use to new car dealerships. The Planning Board is considering allowing small-scale used car sales accessory to other auto-related uses such as repair shops. Do any of you have bylaws related to used-car sales, especially smaller-scale (primarily internet sales with a few cars on site)? Any other useful tips for regulating used car sales?
