Rob: While not exactly a decision "tree", The Guidebook to Massachusetts
Land Use , Chapter Five - Subdivisions, Section 5-28 that has a series of
Tables with step-by-step Actions and Decision dates for Nonresidential and
Residential Subdivisions (preliminary and definitive) and ANR plans.
