[Massplanners] RFP Language for Engineering Services

Hi All,

Wondering if anyone has any sample RFP's to have an engineering/planning firm provide redevelopment feasibility studies for town property?

Generally, the study would include building rehabilitation feasibility, pre-permitting for redevelopment options, identifying potential redevelopment layouts, identifying environmental constraints, and projected costs of the identified development options.
