[Massplanners] Acceptance of Subdivision Control Law

The Land Court Manual of Instructions (2006) includes a list of municipalities that had not adopted the SCL as of April 2005.  These are listed as: Arlington, Belmont, Cambridge, Cheshire, Clarksburg, Conway, Holland, Royalston, Tolland, Washington, Watertown, and Wendell. 
I do not think this list is perfectly accurate today.  I am pretty sure Washington and Wendell both have the SCL in effect, and there may be others as well.
As noted by others, the subdivision control law is not in effect in the city of Somerville (pursuant to Chapter 228 of the Acts of 1993).
