[Massplanners] Acceptance of Subdivision Control Law

Watertown has not adopted it. I don’t know of a list though.

Last I knew Somerville “unadopted” SCL sometime around 1990. The city tried to regulate subdivisions by site plan approval but it was challenging.

I don't know if they have readopted it since I stopped paying attention.
