[Massplanners] Winter Maintenance Ch. 40-6C

Good Afternoon Planners
Does anyone have a policy for their Select Boards on the adoption of private ways for plowing? We adopted this local option legislation over 30 years ago but have no record of having created a policy to guide the board on whether or not to adopt certain private ways for winter maintenance. Would appreciate any examples out there from other communities.
