[Massplanners] consultant needed - senior housing

Dear Hive Mind:

I'm the Town Planner for Sterling MA. We have a piece of town-owned land that we're to size up for an eventual affordable senior housing project.

I'm trying to find consultants who can help us with a senior housing feasibility study, a firm that can do soil testing, legal research and provide us with an estimate of how many units we can build on the property under current zoning.  I need to get bids from at least three consultants so we can go to next May's annual town meeting to ask for the funds to pay for this study.

Can any of you recommend some qualified consultants or point me in the right direction to find some?
