I think I can answer one question, I believe the following is applicable to the ADU provision, which I believe is Section 8 of the bill, so the ADU provision will be effective 180 days after the effective date of the Act:


SECTION 143. Sections 8, 46, 48 and 49 shall take effect 180 days after the effective
date of this act.

With the Governor set to sign this bill today, when does the new ADU zoning amendments become effective?

What are next steps for towns?  Are you expediting deletion of existing bylaws and adoption of new ones?

Are you waiting for guidance and / or regulations from the state?

What is the likelihood of the state issuing and guidance / regulations and when?
