[Massplanners] Utility companies and Scenic Road Tree Removal

Hi everyone,

    I am looking for guidance on what towns are requiring for Scenic Road Tree Removals from Utility companies: do you have them fill out/ pay the application fee, get the certified abutters list and proof of mailing and pay the advertising fee for the hearing? Or does your Tree Warden do this?  As a new Town Planner any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
