[Massplanners] Permit Tolling

[ruralplanningassociates at crocker.com]

Not much of a Friday question, but does anyone recall what the status of
COVID-era permit tolling is now? I'm thinking about a special permit issued
on June 29, 2020 that has not yet  been acted upon. Normally, it would have
expired by now.
