As it has done for the past two years, MHP will select two to three communities for this program, which provides concentrated technical assistance for approximately ten months (October-July) to either assist in the creation of a municipal affordable housing trust or support an existing affordable housing trust.

MHP's goal for this assistance is to help municipalities develop their local infrastructure to support the creation and preservation of affordable housing for low and moderate-income families and individuals.

The guidelines and application can be found here: https://www.mhp.net/news/2023/applications-available-for-affordable-housing-technical-assistance

MHP is also holding virtual trainings for trusts on Thursday, September 21.
