[Massplanners] Net Zero Opt-In

Interested in learning about communities that have or are considering adopting the new net zero opt in building code.

Questions

  1.   if you are just considering it, what is your perspective, that of others such as building official, etc?
  2.  If you’ve already adopted it, what has community experience been?
  3.  Any other thoughts you might have.
