[Massplanners] MAAB compliance

Are there any town planners responsible for reviewing site plans for
Architectural Access Board's regulations (521 CMR) compliance?
For the first time in my planning career, I am responsible for reviewing
that aspect of site plans so I'm wondering if anyone has a checklist or
cheat sheet that I can review.
I was also thinking some sort of certification in the site plan application
or rules and regs would be handy to have the designer confirm compliance or
indicate if they'd be seeking variance.
