Hi Kristina et al,
The City of Beverly started a new Master Plan in 2019 at a cost of
$164,000. We delayed final public review and approval of the plan at the
start of COVID, and then added an additional $13,000 to add a more detailed
look and process around equity issues in fall 2020, before final approval
in December 2020. So, our total was about $176,000 and it was entirely
funded by the City budget.
