Hi Gil,
In Georgetown the specifications of the roadway construction,
composition, compaction requirements, etc. are described in our
Regulations ( https://ecode360.com/6486219 )
To ensure when the town ultimately accepts the subdivision roadway that
it will have been constructed properly, we also use the attached Pre-
Construction document.
Of course, the Subdivision Inspector needs to be present during the
entire pavement placement process. Even the most diligent and well
intentioned developer of the highest integrity can fall victim to a less
that reputable paving subcontractor.
