Hi Michelle

When I was in Harvard, we expanded unit size to 1500 s.f. and eliminated the special permit if the unit was designed using Universal Design Principles.

Hi there!

Dedham is interested in reviewing and possibly updating its Accessory Dwelling Unit bylaw. If any other planners wouldn't mind sharing their experiences hiring a consulting firm and/or developing an RFP for a consulting firm to assist with their ADU bylaw, I would greatly appreciate it. Additionally, I'd like to know about your community process, including whether a committee was created, and any updates made to your zoning bylaws.
