[Massplanners] Solar Exemption 40A

Hi All,

Upton has a pretty restrictive solar bylaw that only allows ground mounts in a certain district and regarding recent case law how 40A sec 3 applies to solar I'm concerned the bylaw wouldn't hold up if challenged.  Have other communities recently updated their solar bylaw with this concern in mind?
