Planners & Economic Development Officials,
If you are interested to learn more about funding and resources available to municipalities, please consider attending the Southeastern Massachusetts Regional Brownfields Roundtable in Brockton on May 17, 2023. The in-person meeting will be held at the Old Colony Planning Council office from 10 AM to Noon on May 17th. Registration link follows.

Attendees will include municipal staff (planners, city/town managers, economic development directors) as well as lenders, financers, developers, engineers, and environmental consultants. Program outline:
* MassDEP - 128a BIL funds, and overall resource summary
* EPA - Grants available: Multi-purpose, Assessment, Cleanup, Revolving Loan Fund
* EPA - TBA Technical support
* MassDevelopment - Brownfields Redevelopment fund (part of Community OneStop for Growth)
* UConn TAB - Technical Assistance for Brownfields (free resource for municipalities, very helpful with grant application guidance and support)
