[Massplanners] Planning Project Intern Wages?

Hello,

I am considering writing a line item in a grant proposal to hire
an intern to assist with an environmental planning project. For those of
you who work with interns, I am curious what your hourly wage is and if you
find it to be competitive. At this point I am primarily considering
graduate-level interns.
