Hello all,

Some questions on how written testimony and public comments can be received and submitted to review boards (Planning Board, ZBA, etc.) prior to public hearings:

  1. Do your review boards have deadlines for written testimony or public comments submitted prior to a given hearing?
  2. Are there requirements how comments can be submitted (email, in-person, mail, etc.)?
  3. If you have deadlines, what happens if you receive written comments after those deadlines? Are there specific protocols or standard responses?

Thank you all!
